I am an organisational development practitioner and qualified coach specialising in change, strategy development, evaluation and people-centred communication. With extensive experience designing, implementing and evaluating large organisational projects and initiatives, I help individuals, teams and organisations navigate complexity, strengthen collaboration and create strategic opportunities for meaningful, sustainable change.
I have particular expertise across higher education and people services, including the development and evaluation of programs focused on learner and employee support, equity, inclusion and culture. My work is grounded in an understanding of how people, systems and experiences intersect – and in the belief that lifelong learning and human connection are central to a just and productive society.

I support organisations to plan, design and implement practical solutions that strengthen their people capability. This includes developing workforce plans, facilitating strategy processes, shaping capability frameworks and guiding teams through cultural or structural change. My work helps organisations translate ideas into clear, actionable steps that support improved collaboration and performance.
I design and deliver evaluations that help organisations understand how programs and services are performing, what outcomes they’re achieving and where improvement opportunities may lie. This includes qualitative and quantitative analysis, stakeholder insights and clear, actionable recommendations that support evidence-informed decision-making.
I partner with higher education teams on projects that involve student support, equity, service review or experience enhancement. This includes analysing student journeys, reviewing support services and identifying opportunities to strengthen belonging, accessibility and engagement. My focus is on turning insights into practical improvements that make a difference for learners and the teams who support them.

I provide coaching to individuals seeking clarity, direction and confidence through periods of significant change or complexity. Drawing on psychological training and extensive experience working with people in challenging environments, my coaching supports reflection, wellbeing and practical next steps. Sessions offer a focused space to explore decisions, relationships and personal or professional transitions.

I have deep expertise in supporting organisations to understand and strengthen their people capability. My background includes developing and advising on strategy, capability frameworks, workforce insights and culture initiatives across government and higher education. I bring a strong understanding of how people, systems and organisational dynamics interact — and how these relationships shape performance, wellbeing and change.

I specialise in making sense of complex programs, services and initiatives through thoughtful, evidence-informed evaluation. My work draws on experience in qualitative and quantitative analysis, stakeholder engagement and outcomes-focused assessment. I’m particularly interested in how people experience services and how insights can inform continuous improvement and strategic decision-making.

With a PhD exploring the holistic online student experience and more than 15 years working in higher education, I have specialist expertise in learner experience, student support, equity and belonging. My work in this area focuses on understanding diverse student needs, the conditions that support engagement and wellbeing, and the ways institutional systems can better enable success.

My coaching approach is grounded in psychological principles, reflective inquiry and extensive experience supporting people through complexity. I specialise in human-centred practice — helping individuals and teams navigate interpersonal dynamics, transitions, wellbeing challenges and the relational aspects of organisational life. I am also working toward my ICF Associate Certified Coach qualification to deepen and extend this work.
I believe in harnessing the invaluable knowledge and experience that already exists within individuals and organisations to build innovative solutions that are realistic, and will deliver meaningful results.
